the current requests in the work queue.

TELEPHONE TROUBLE TICKET
Requests are used solely for
non-functional telephone reports. A technician will
respond within 4 hours. A response may include an on-site
visit, a request for more information, or problem resolution.
For urgent requests, please call 426-1398, 426-3093, or 426-1433
in that order until you get a response.
Note: please use the
lead time of the larger queue for calculating response time when
requesting both voice and data line installation.
