Telephone and Network Service Response Time
bullet WORK ORDER requests for either phone or data lines will have an approximate response time as seen below. The response time will be calculated in relation to the current requests in the work queue.

TELEPHONE TROUBLE TICKET 
bullet Requests are used solely for non-functional telephone reports.  A technician will respond within 4 hours.  A response may include an on-site visit, a request for more information, or problem resolution.  For urgent requests, please call 426-1433, 426-3093, or 426-2743 in that order until you get a response.

Note: please use the lead time of the larger queue for calculating response time when requesting both voice and data line installation.
